Buena cosecha para Italia en Champions [ESP/ENG]

Nueve de nueve puntos posibles el día de ayer en la jornada de Champions League, donde el Inter, el AC Milan y el Atalanta de Gianpiero Gasperini ganaron sus respectivos encuentros y se mantienen con grandes posibilidades de avanzar a la siguiente fase, inclusive entre los 8 mejores.

Este formato sin duda me ha encantado, sé que inicialmente se tenían muchas dudas al respecto, pero pienso que ha sido una decisión acertada de la UEFA, ya que podemos ver enfrentamientos muy interesantes en las primeras fechas, lo cual resulta mucho más atractivo para los amantes de este deporte.

De los 3 equipos italianos que resalto en este post, el Atalanta y el Inter son los que mejor están jugando, tienen un futbol vistoso y efectivo, sobre todo los de Bérgamo que muestran un poder ofensivo de temer. Entre sus tres delanteros en lo que va de todas las competiciones este año han anotado 27 goles y repartido 17 asistencias, son números increíbles lo mires por donde lo mires, una delantera efectiva sin lugar a dudas.

El día de ayer lo demostraron una vez más derrotando al Young Boys con marcador de 6-1. Charles de Ketelaere fue el más valioso con 3 asistencias y 2 goles, un jugador rescatado por Gasperini después de que el Milan lo desechó luego de una temporada para el olvido. Qué error cometió la directiva rossoneri en aquel entonces. Luego de allí, el joven no ha dejado de brillar, siendo uno de los referentes junto a Retegui y Lookman en el equipo de Bérgamo.

Por su parte, el Inter de Inzaghi, como nos tiene acostumbrados, gano un partido contra el Leipzig por la mínima, pero su equipo sigue mostrando grandes capacidades en la media cancha, sin duda su plantilla se mantiene firme para competir una vez más por la orejona.

Vencer al equipo alemán no supuso mucho trabajo, fueron muy superiores de principio a fin, aunque tuvieron algunos contratiempos importantes en la segunda mitad, perdieron el balón “infantilmente” y pusieron en peligro su ventaja. Sin embargo, esto no fue el mayor problema que presentaron los neroazurri, su ineficacia para anotar goles sí, de hecho, habrían podido golear, pero no están pasando por un muy buen momento ofensivamente.

Lautaro influye, pero le cuesta marcar, y Thuram es intermitente. Es un muy buen pivote, pero se come goles al estilo Rashford, eso es preocupante para un equipo como el Inter, porque no es una garantía absoluta. Si bien ha anotado, necesita solventar esa intermitencia. Del resto, en la delantera, no hay muchas variantes en los suplentes, por lo que hay posibilidades de una pesca en el siguiente mercado de fichajes.

Por último, el rossoneri logro una victoria que los mantiene en la pelea, más que todo porque sus siguientes 3 rivales son inferiores, y con 9 puntos que tiene, más otros 9 hipotéticos, lo colocarían en una muy buena posición para la clasificación. Fonseca puede salvar su pellejo si logra que el Milan quede entre los 8 mejores, de lo contrario será el sello de despedida para la siguiente temporada.

El día de ayer dejó a Leao en el banquillo, se desconocen los motivos, aunque de antemano se sabe que tienen muchos problemas entre sí. Pero al ver que su equipo no logró irse con ventaja al entretiempo, tuvo que recurrir a él para que lo sacase del aprieto, y Leao como buen futbolista que es, lo hizo, anotando el gol de la ventaja.

Es lamentable ver cómo el Milan tiene tantos problemas. Su plantilla es muy competitiva, pero eso no se traduce en el terreno de juego. Definitivamente, deben mejorar, y aun cuando la fortuna les sonría, no veo que puedan llegar muy lejos en ninguna de las competiciones donde participan.
