Ballet - a passion with many benefits
Ballet has been a great passion of mine for many years. It is a beautiful and elegant sport that not only trains the body, but also the mind. Ballet strengthens the muscles, promotes flexibility and improves posture. It's also just incredible fun!
Proud of my progress
In the picture you can see my back in a black leotard. You can clearly see the muscles and I'm proud of the progress I've made over the last few months.
