My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2024

Hello, Actifitters!

I woke up early, planning to go out to go for a walk. When I went out of the gate, there was a commotion in the house nearby. I didn't get the chance to know more when it started raining, and I realized it would be heavier rain afterwards. So I immediately run home and abandon my plan to walk and instead plan to do some cardio later, after the kids are gone to school. The cardio plan didn't happen because a guest came by, and instead of working out, I ended up cooking and eating a lot after. Today I failed!
