Hello, Actifitters!

Our family is back again after a week of being out of town with relatives. We were back because my husband needed to comply with his annual physical test; that's a yearly thing on his job. The doctor advised him to have more physical activities and stay active with sports because he gained more weight than his annual checkup last year. We started walking every morning; walking is also great exercise.
