Hello Actifitters!

Today we made a colorful sandwich with kani, eggs, and vegetables wrapped in nori. Since my eldest doesn't have school today and he decided to help me in the kitchen, I asked him what he wanted for a snack. Sandwich will do, he said. Here we are making colorful sandwiches..

After enjoying our healthy and delicious snacks, I asked my son to wash the utensils and plates that we used to make food. Teaching our youngsters household chores will help them have some sense of responsibility not only at home but in life as well.
