My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2024
Hello Actifitters!
Yesterday, I intentionally didn't put any flavored drinks in our cart when we went to the grocery store because my kid's been drinking juice and cola more often these days. But then I forgot that I would be marinating meat today for BBQ. Thankfully, there's a convenience store just around the corner. I will just buy a small can so there won't be much left after marination.
The green lemon lime one is the one I'm using to tenderize the meat. I never tried buying the yellow one, though. I have no idea what it tastes like, either. Maybe next time I'll try it to see if it's great for marinade too, because now I have no idea.

Sprite will always be good for marinade.
true that! the best sa bbq! naubusan kami ng sprite before at wala mabilhan nasa beach kami, Coke lang meron, no choice! The meat was tender but it was so dark hahaha
Hahaha, I never tried using coke. But, thanks for the idea, and hindi na ako ma-surprise pa sa kulay.
My ma always use sprite for marination ~ nyahaha its always a norm tlga and we happy kids will finish the sprite na naiwan
