Hello, Actifitters!

Our supplies are running low, so I'm browsing through the cupboards to find something to prepare. After two weeks of hosting the house guest, we ran out of time to run to the food shop. Our pantry is somewhat spacious because of the thin supplies. I came across some uncooked, leftover fettuccine pasta while searching the cabinet. I don't, however, have any pasta sauce on hand. I used some tomato ketchup and tomato paste to purée the ripe tomatoes in the fridge rather than going out to buy sauce. It tasted great once I added dry oregano. Prior to sautéing the aromatics, I fried the leftover ham to render the fat.

My children enjoyed it!
