Have you tried crab rangoon?

Out of curiosity, we ordered this appetizer when we dined in recently because we'd seen it in trending videos on reels and in TikTok. Knowing how simple the ingredients are, we were surprised at how expensive they are in restaurants.

So when we get home, I recreate it using dumpling wrappers, crab meat, spring onions, and cream cheese, and it tastes exactly the same or even better because I added shredded cheese to mine.

I recreated the recipe at home and made 40 pieces for the price we paid in the restaurant. Imagine how much I was able to save. Additionally, it's really simple to create; the only time it takes is for the wrapping. I simply placed everything in the food processor to make the filling.

Maybe I can make another batch after finishing all of this where I can document the process properly, because when I did yesterday, I just dropped everything in the processor.
