My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022
I was inactive for a few days because of severe vertigo. They rushed me to the nearest infirmary because I kept vomiting for the whole day. After running some tests and checking my blood sugar, the doctor's diagnosis was vertigo. They prescribed meds to be taken orally. They also injected medicine to stop my vomit. They let me stay in the infirmary for monitoring. After a few hours, they let me go home, given I would take the prescribed medicine.
After two days of feeling dizzy, spinning and shaking, I have not yet fully recovered but need to travel because of some appointments that cannot be rescheduled. I'm back home at last. I felt it was the longest trip by land I've been on.
