My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2022

Wazzzup Actifitters!

How was your Monday so far?

It was a routinary day for me.

When I say routinary, its woke up early, water the plants, cook breakfast, feed the kids, wash the dishes, bathe the baby, cook for lunch, feed the kids again, wash the dishes type of morning.

After lunch we watch Netflix while waiting for my toddler to take his nap. When he was finally asleep, it was time to workout. Unrolled my workout mat the start stretching. I watched 1hour workout video and then cool down after.

Off to bed now, 'night!
