I have always wanted to learn bjj. I scored a green belt manual at a garage sale one time, though it was for another art, but I forget. Even though it was for a different art, it led me to check out this bjj class. I really thought it was something. I used to train in TKD, which I loved! I enjoyed kicking things. Recently I've been in FMA, learning Serrada and Giron. Now I really enjoy hitting things with a stick. But that one class I got to watch really opened my mind up. I really enjoyed your post on white belt. I was also someone not trying to fly through belts. It was better to just be at the class and train. I was always surprised when I moved up. I upvoted you and want to share !pizza . Thank you for a great post!

Ah yes!

I don’t get into any debates about which martial arts are best. They are all great for the body and mind. Plus is is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.

I agree. Martial arts in general is amazing. I'm on a constant path of self improvement and they all hold a piece of puzzle. Thanks for sharing your way, I look forward to more!
