An unsuccessful Run
chris-uk just finished a 2.6km run, that lasted for 22 minutes.

Description from Strava: hard to explain what went wrong really. started off very well got into a nice breathing rhythm and even though it was very hot out i felt very comfortable but then an excruciating pain came from my lower right abdomen and i just couldnt shake it off. no matter what i did it just wouldnt go away and ultimately ruined my run.
i suspect it could be a hernia (something ive suspected for months) or ive torn something but i think its time i finally go to the docs and see what the issue is as its interfering with my runs.

About the Athlete: I already use the strava2hive service but recently made myself a new strava as I have now involved myself into a small running community and wanted a fresh start plus my old email was outdated and i am in the process of getting rid of it
