Thoughts are so powerful that it can control us completely and in my opinion there is only one thing which no can teach truly or in depth ways and that is How to control thoughts?, Many teach about this but truly only one individual can know or have to learn to control their thoughts.

The flooding and tsunami of thoughts is Internal that's why it's difficult to understand by others. And situations turn into Awful when people don't understand the thoughts and emotions of others, and due to this some move into the phase of Depression too.

The cage of thoughts is one place which can make someone or break someone and in some cases this cage born violence too because when people deep dive into the negative thoughts then these negative thoughts feeds to negative energy and then violent reactions and actions take place.

Grotesque situations or bizarre behaviours breaks relationships and sometimes people don't understand what they are doing and how others are taking their actions, and sometimes their attitude don't allow others to come close to them because they hold the thoughts of Self-Victim and they think that whole world is against of them.

Trap Of Thoughts can be scary and also it can ghost us and no matter how little particular work is overthinking thoughts can add mountain weight to it and then this phase can push us towards the corner of Stagnancy and it's the painful corner because whatever we do it reflects as nothing.

But there is one evil truth about life and that is, human beings hurt fellow human beings and sometimes people pass unqualified judgements for others and judgements are one subject which are difficult to handle and currently in this world we are seeing judgements everywhere.

Sometimes human beings behave in a way where we fail to understand we are watching humans or wild monsters because they do that kind of evil things and every thing born with thoughts and thoughts get developed due to our environment.

Remember one thing more we overthink more we judge ourselves. When roots of overthinking deepens then no matter what we do we will going to find ourselves as loser in all situations and this will continue till we control our thoughts otherwise the journey will be rough.

Take back your power from all the negativity and empower yourself by understanding your path and enjoy it. When we hear the voice of our heart and follow it then definitely it will guide us torwards what we want. In life too much logic brings too much confusion let's welcome the freedom in life and make every moment a memory.

Respect yourself and who you are and never compare yourself because you are unique, don't forget that. No matter who say what about you or discourage you, until you discourage yourself no one can put you down or let you down in life. You hold the power, don't let it slip.
