@jon.bonomo, Manager post is very dynamic one and team's whole spirit is depended upon them. Outlook of Manager definitely dominates on the Field for sure.

No matter in which sport or field, Lack Of Understanding and Lack Of Communication is a thing and leads to crack in the Professional Relationship, which is hurtful for the sport.

Whenever we talk about the Team Game and specifically people who hold important roles, Choice Of Words plays the base of positive results or vice versa. Sometimes choice of words ruin all the plans in regards to game.

Football ⚽ is place of surprises and can give you the Throne Of Gold in one day and at the same time many face the dust in same time. At the end of the day Spirit of this game should not be hurt.

Very true.

Thank you for the thoughtful reply. EPL manager might be one of the most stressful and riskiest jobs out there, certainly within the sports world. Would be a wild ride.
