Brain Workout & My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2024
I'm feeling much better today compared to the previous days, but it's annoying how headaches have replaced the body soreness. The swollen lymph nodes are also no longer swollen and painful, which is good, although I can still feel the bumps. Feeling way better, I was tempted to do my K-pop fitness dance, but I refrained and decided to give myself until tomorrow to fully recuperate. I hope everything goes as planned, fingers crossed.
Oh yeah, my day started with a different kind of exercise, more like a brain workout. I attended a 2.5-hour online learning session organized by a friend who owns a SEN Centre back home. The speaker was a local from here. It was a very informative training, and I liked how she explained the details simply. After that, I did some house chores, taking it slow as I didn't want to overdo it. I actually saved some for tomorrow because, as you know, I can't stay still for too long. I need to move! LOL.
