Welcome 2024 & My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2024
It's that time of year for feasting, as the second part of the New Year's celebration has come around once more. Oh my goodness, there's so much food, but I'm thankful for it as always. Reflecting on the past years, I've consistently found myself celebrating New Year's away from my family due to work starting just a day or two after the festivities. And yes, the reality check hits – it's back to work tomorrow. I find myself in denial as I carefully pack my work bag. Sheesh! Today, I even swapped my usual black brewed coffee for green tea, hoping it aids in an early night's sleep. Fingers crossed! Otherwise, the familiar tossing and turning will take place as I transition from the holiday mode to workdays. But yeah give it a day or three, and I'll seamlessly slip back into the groove of my normal routine.
Time truly flew, didn't it?
