Dry Throat Day & My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2023

I woke up with a dry throat, but it didn't hurt. I think I might have tonsillitis or a cold soon. I hope NOT though. Eeeeek. Even though I've been taking enough vitamin C and getting plenty of rest, this has been happening every month since October. And it seems like a lot of people around me are going through the same thing. Sheesh.

As it did not really hurt, I decided to still swim as I needed to exercise. I did last for 45 minutes similar to yesterday’s, then off to my morning part-time job. I don’t usually do work on the weekends but since my partner left home for the holidays I am taking her slot for the meantime. Oh and yeah, Kpop dance fitness was cancelled as the Instructors weren't feeling well.

Having friends over in a bit. Barbeque and might drink a bit, see if I can. Probably gin or tequila and a lemon will help ease up my throat. Hmmm, let’s see. LOL
