International Day Celebrations, Friday Fitness & My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2023
We joined together today at work to celebrate International Day, a colourful and lively occasion that highlights the various cultural backgrounds of our school community. Flags from many countries flew over the campus, welcoming the audience for an exciting day of learning and experiencing different cultures. I really enjoy this annual celebration at our school. I will hopefully share the details soonest in a different post, the presentations and the food from different nations too!
As it's Friday, work ended at noon, and I headed straight home for a nap. Later, I received a message saying my afternoon job was canceled. While fitness dance on Fridays is usually not possible, today was an exception. I managed to do two hours of K-pop dance fitness. I felt a bit low on energy during the first class, probably due to still being sleepy, but my energy definitely picked up for the second class.
