Teacher’s Day & My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

When I went to bed last night, I already had a plan for today. However, since I got up later than normal, things changed. I did get ten wonderful hours of sleep if that's any consolation. 😅

Instead of going for a treadmill run first thing in the morning, I hurriedly began my day with the 1.5 hours of teaching extra work. Despite the fact that today is a holiday, I still choose to work an extra hour or two in the morning and afternoon because I won't be going anywhere anyway and besides the extra money I earned comes in handy.

I left for home as soon as I finished teaching for 1.5 hours. I was hesitant to work out on the treadmill at first, but I had to overcome my laziness, so I got out my speaker, blasted an upbeat song, and started walking, running, and jogging for an hour. Hoorah! LOL

Celebrated Teachers Day by having dinner with close colleagues to end the day. It was fun chitchatting while having good food. We even Tiktok 'ed before parting ways. 😁
