Beautiful dawn this morning as I head to work. Loved how it appeared to be orange and yellow, as if the clouds were attempting to dim its light. Well, the entire day was bright, hot, and sunny.

A free breakfast from a colleague. She candidly asked me if I wanted McDonald's yesterday. I hesitated at first, but after she said she would pay, I decided why not. And besides I am not on IF just yet. My eating era is still on until the weekend. 😁
