My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2023

This morning, after a month of being on holiday, ( workout included 😅 ),I finally started bringing my arse to work out by following Les Mills' 40-minute dancing workout and jumping ropes. The initial plan was to simply run/walk on the treadmill, however the sockets did not work. We had to call someone to help with the repair, and I wasn't sure whether it had been sorted as I needed to head out when the repair man came. I just got home and I'm too lazy to go check. LOL. I'm hoping it is working now though as I would want to run/walk on it tomorrow.

Walking around to supervise the kids during a playdate was included as an extra step. The day ended with a dinner with friends.

Just like that Saturday will be done in a few hours.
