My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2022

To begin with, it was a lazy day, but I was able to drag myself to the treadmill and do some brisk walking. Dang, I was too lazy to run and my ar$e won't let me. LOL. Fortunately, though I was able to brisk walk for at least 50 mins. Not bad. 😅🙄
In the afternoon I was able to stroll around while working which is a good thing as it added up my movement steps. I'm hoping to overcome my idleness tomorrow and at least run half of the time. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
