My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2022

The weekend has come and gone, and a new weekday will begin in a few hours. I got on the treadmill as soon as I finished my coffee, took a short break before cleaning. After that my friends and I headed out to get something to eat and do our grocery shopping too. A stroll around helped in getting some of my activity steps before heading home.

Now it is time for bed. Waking up early, which i do not fancy at all, is crucial! 😅
