REMINDER, Chess Brothers League Season 3 "Master Sacrifice" - Announcement of Round 5
Hi, dear chess friends!
We have completed the first 4 rounds of the league. We are at the halfway point of this strong tournament and some chess players are starting to secure some positions on the leaderboard.
With 22 players the 4th round was held. In this opportunity @eniolw was the winner and secures a good amount of points in his score.
In 2nd place and chasing pretty hard @tony1294 who is having good results not only in this league but in the rest of the tournaments held in HiveChess.
@per4uwatch continues to surprise and is in 3rd place, he even managed to beat the runner-up of this event.
@samostically remains among the best in the league. With a modest 4th place "samo" continues to give fantastic chess.
And @lucianosky reaches the 5th place. After a masterful tournament last week he drop a few steps but remain among the best players in the league.
You can see the whole results of this round here
@tungphong is still missing. Does anyone know what happened to him? He seems to have taken a break or something. The truth is that he will not be able to retain the title this season due to his absence which is a pity because we would have liked to see him fight for the crown until the last moment.

A few interesting moments
This position is a clear example of how to take advantage of the opponent's lack of development. White has a big space advantage and this is due to the little attention Black paid to the opening. The second player has been left with a totally passive position and his castling is on fire. The weakness on the dark squares is evident and @emic had no problem in making the most of his advantage.
