Arsenal Could Go Back To Raid Brighton

Arsenal has had no luck in securing a central midfielder failing to secure Aouar, Bissoumo or Tielemans could turn their attention elsewhere and it could be somewhere familiar.

According to reports, the gunners are keen to head back to Brighton to test their resolve for midfielder Moises Caicedo who attracting interest from some of Europe's top clubs including Manchester United. Having been previously compared with Kante, Arsenal's desire to sign Caicedo is understandable as they need someone who is reliable enough to screen the back four.

South American football expert Tim Vickery said,

"A year ago he was saying that Kante of Chelsea is his role model but he is already more than that. He already offers more in the final third."

The defensive midfielder was brought in to fill the gap left Davy Pröpper who simply couldn't hack it in the premier league. Caicedo slid into the first team following a loan at Beerschot and his performances has had so many managers keen to add his steel to their midfield.

His current market value is 6,00 m € but I doubt Brighton would consider letting him go for anything less than 25 mil considering that's what they got for Ben White at 50 , Cucarella 60 and Bissuomo 25.
