Trustey Moves To The Brummies On Loan

Arsenals issues at left back were evident last season with Tierney spending most of the season out injured and players like Tavares had to cover but couldn’t handle the defending side of things

So Mikel tried a host of different options to various degrees of failure it was Tomiyasi, Cedric and worst of the lot Xhaka playing at left back

Arsenal do have two other left backs on the books in Lino Sousa and Aston Trustey both who they signed last season

Instead of bringing either of them into the fold rumours have circulated they want to buy another left back in Grimaldo from Benfica

Then why buy these two left backs in the first place? Just to resell later?

Well Trustey playing in the MLS will now have to prove himself in the championship as he has signed on loan with Birmingham

I wish him all of the best but I doubt we will see him play for Arsenal, looks like another one of those Random’s that will have Arsenal as part of their career journey

But all the best to him none the less
