Arsenal Look To Vitinha As Tielemans Alternative
Arsenal have already missed out on one transfer target as Yves Bissomo joins London Rivals Tottenham for a fee of 30 million, a fee Arsenal could afford but Spurs do offer Champions Leauge, I think if Arsenal did finish above Spurs it wouldn't drag on this long to get players to sign.
Arsenal is still in negotiations with Leicester City over Tielemans but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere and second choices are now popping up.
The Gunners have no marked former Wolvers loanee Vitinha as an option and are ready to battle it out with Premier League rivals Manchester United for the signature of Porto midfielder.
Arsenal can settle the deal swiftly by triggering the Portugal international's £34million release clause. But even then it won't be that easy as the 22-year-old has already been attracting interest from some of Europe's elite clubs including United and LaLiga giants Barcelona.

Vitinha didn't have the best time during his first spell in England which saw him get limited game time, but since his return to Porto, he has been in fine form. Last season Vitinha made 47 appearances in all competitions last season, finishing with four goals and five assists in the heart of midfield.
Personally, I don't see how this solves Arsenal's midfield woes as he is a nother young unproven player and a gamble in my book, but is a great addition for the future.
