No Partey Time This Season

avatar

Arsenal didn't start well this season but as players came back to form, we built a solid back 4 with a good keeper, and Parteys form was also a big part of the move up the table.

However, injuries to Tierney, Tomiyasi, and Partey broke up that core, and the team soon fell by the wayside and couldn't put together a consistent run of games.

When these three players aren't on the field you can see the massive drop-in class and Arsenal are simply a team of people who lack leaders or player who can rally themselves.

All 3 players are hardmen, they get stuck in, and because of it, they are prone to injury while the rest ballet around on the field not doing their fair share.

The Ghana international has been had a busy season having to also play Afcon this season and it caught up with him as a thigh injury sustained during last month's 3-0 defeat at Crystal Palace ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta recently revealed that Partey’s situation is "progressing" but it probably won't be in time for the match against Everton. We really needed him against Newcastle and Spurs who outclassed us in the midfield and even if he does return I think it's a little too late for Arsenal's top 4 hopes.

I can already hear stand out players wanting to move on like Gabriel and Saka and I don't blame them, this club keeps taking the piss.

What do you good people of HIVE think?

Even if they will win against Everton which is not that easy in general, I don't see Tottenham losing against Norwich. Also I understand that a top 4 finish was never in the plans for Arsenal so this won't be a big shock. To bad that they won't be able to get Dybala which said that he wants to play in CL. Anything news about Jesus coming from City?
