Nketia Double Puts Arsenal In Touching Distance Of 3rd
Arsenal went into the game against Leeds with a point to prove, Chelsea had lost giving them a chance to close the gap and they did just that. While the main prize is securing Champions League football which is still not secure but 4 points ahead of Tottenham has given Arsenal some breathing room.
Arsenal started off bright and full of running with Nketia bagging 2 goals early on 1 from a goalkeeping error and the other from a great assist from Martinelli.

The game turned sour as ill-disciplined Leeds United, with the 10-man team losing captain and former Arsenal youth player Luke Ayling getting a straight red card.
The loss has seen Leeds drop into the Premier League relegation zone which is probably why the team had such fire and a temper as Arsenal tried to waste time playing from side to side.
Leeds did pull one back which made Arsenal a little nervous but they got over the line eventually and secured a vital three points.
