Morata Would Be More Of The Same

Arsenal are claimed to have tabled a €30 Million offer to sign Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid a move I don't quite understand, he has flopped at every club he has been at from Juve, Madrid, Chelsea, and at the age of 29 there aren't many more years left in him.

We need a free-scoring striker and Morata has never hit over 20 goals in a season, so I don't see him becoming a prolific scorer later into his career.

I think there are far better targets to look at like I mentioned Ivan Toney, Mitrovic or even a player like Dybala who is on a free transfer.

Why would you want to pay 30 million for an aging striker who has never proved to be a reliable scorer?

I also don't see how this signing helps, or improves tactics or give us a plan B, which is what we should be looking at instead of another stop gap solution because you need to find a replacement for Lacazette and Nketia.

Arsenal need to consider sorting out their midfield and working on new tactics, there is enough to work on that buying Mortata would be way down on the list.
