Newcastle Eying Four Gunners

Newcastle is in serious trouble despite their new riches post take over and they are looking at the January transfer window as an opportunity to rebuild the squad and push to remain in the premier league. They're already looking at improving the backline by bringing in Kieran Trippier from Athletico Madrid, while Rob Holding looks like he could be earmarked as the player to build the heart of the new magpies defense.

Rob has been playing this season but he's far from a regular with Ben White and Gabriel the main 2 for Arsenal and it looks like it will remain that way for some time.

Moving forward to the middle of the park Newcastle is also looking at want-away Mohamed Elneny. Elneny is currently off on Afcon duty but has 6 months left on his contract, so Arsenal has every motivation to move him on, sooner rather than later.

Speaking of those on the end of their contract, Eddie Nketia is also linked with a move to Newcastle, and with him also having 6 months left he can already talk to other teams. It's rumored he could be on his way to Germany but linking up with Willock could be an interesting offer as well as a chance to stay in the EPL.

Then there's obviously the issue with our captain Aubameyang, who like Elneny is off to Africa this month which could complicate his signing, but he remains on their radar.

But he could be a marquee signing for Newcastle, to show their intention and the big names they can attract to the club. Auba has no shortage of offers so we'll see if they can compete with the likes of Juve and Barca who have been rumored to be after his signature.
