Patino Meets Wilshire
Charlie Patino is a player many Arsenal fans are keen to see on the team sheet ahead of a first team line-up announcement. His been making waves in the under 23 team and the 17 year old has been compared to another academy player Jack Wilshire due to their similar style of play
ironic that Jack is now back at the club and training with the team so the two are now rubbing shoulders! I am sure Jack will be an amazing tutor for Charlie to help him navigate all the issues that come with being a teenage football prodigy
The 29-year-old Wilshire has been without a club for some time now and gone through many hardships during the course of his career; with injuries and being overplayed as a youngster
He has been let down by continuous injury issues and struggled at times to make in into the Arsenal squad, but his final move to leave arsenal sealed a premature end to his career as he has openly admitted following failed spells at both West Ham and Bournemouth
Such experiences means Jack can offer advice that will be valuable to Patino, who is under enormous amounts of pressure to succeed in Arsenal shirt and will no doubt go through his own hardships during the course of his career.
