Xhaka To Out For The Long Haul Fans Rejoice

Arsenal have been in good form of late and that is no coincidence that we conceded in a game where Xhaka came back! He was also lucky with 2 mistakes going his way so the fans didn’t really get on his back but his for sure a liability

Thankfully it looks like he’ll be out for several weeks having sustained a knee injury after Lucas fell on him during the Spurs game

The next 8 fixtures may be harder for the squad but his not had me convinced that more bodies to rotate his better and it’s a risk I’d take! Thomas is not fully fit so we only have elneny, niles and Sambi to marshal the midfield

Ben white could also fall in if needed or even chambers so I don’t see that as too much of an issue! Strange enough I am more confident of wins when Xhaka doesn’t play and while I hope he recovers I hope the team takes the time to recover their positions and move up the table
