Today's Kettlebell Workout
Hello fitness friends!
Today's kettlebell workout. Starting as usual with a warm-up. The first exercise was deadlifting with 2 x 16kg kettlebells and switching later to uneven weights, one 16kg and one 24kg. This works my core too because I have to stabilize the uneven weight. I did 15 deadlifts and decreased to 12 with the heavier weight. I think I had 7 or 8 rounds. After that, I did EMOM one squat with 2 x 16kb racked combined with one lunge on both sides. Sorry, I did not count how many rounds. Finishing with 10 squats with 2 x 16kg. I felt a little pump after this. Time to refresh and take a shower.
