Hello friends 👋

Yesterday I had to use the bike from my wife to go to work. My helmet 🪖 broke 2 days ago without any reason and therefore I couldn't use the scooter 🛵. We have been in the store today and I get a new helmet in the next few days. Anyways, my activity is the bike tour to and from work. I did jump for 5 min at home and I had to do the guarding tour at work which involves stepping out of the car multiple times and walking some parts of the tour.

I checked my weight today and it was more than I expected. I have to focus more on my diet.

The bike tour was 25 min.
