Hello friends!
Yesterday I had a few activities. I started with my early work shift and a farewell party because one of my coworkers is retiring. When I was home I tested my new little trampoline for 5 minutes. It's a lot of fun but I felt it in my calves. Later that evening I met a friend and we played badminton 🏸 for one hour. I was quite exhausted after that.
