Mountain Trekking Training in The Lagunita Hill [ESP/ENG]

Saludos amigos de Hive y de la comunidad @mountaineering, hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una caminata que realice en el cerro La Lagunita, ubicado en la comunidad de Villa de Cura, estado Aragua, Venezuela.

Greetings friends of Hive and the @mountaineering community, today I'm going to share with you a hike I did on La Lagunita hill, located in the community of Villa de Cura, Aragua state, Venezuela.

Cabe destacar que tenía más de un año que no subía está montaña, tomamos un autobús que nos deja en todo el frente de esta montaña, en este oportunidad subí con un grupo del equipo de fútbol de mi hijo, para disfrutar de una compartir en la parte alta de esta montaña. Los muchachos le encanta esta ruta para llegar a la cima de esta montaña porque les sirve como un ejercicio.

It is worth mentioning that I had more than a year that I had not climbed this mountain, we took a bus that leaves us in front of this mountain, in this opportunity I climbed with a group of my son's soccer team, to enjoy a share at the top of this mountain. The boys love this route to get to the top of this mountain because it serves as an exercise.

Estábamos subiendo y nos desviamos un poco porque no recordaba el camino para llegar a la cima y resulta que no era el camino correcto, tuvimos que devolvernos para tomar la vía correcta, los muchachos se reían mucho y después comenzamos a subir, este recorrido es muy bonito.

We were climbing and we took a little detour because I did not remember the way to get to the top and it turns out that it was not the right way, we had to turn back to take the right way, the guys laughed a lot and then we started to climb, this route is very nice.

Cuando llegue a la cima, me llamo mucho la atención el verdor de la montaña, en el frente hay una siembra de caraotas, se ve hermoso, este sector es un asentamiento campesino dónde hay mucha siembra de maíz, tomate, y otros rubros que son alimentos que beneficia a la comunidad.

When I got to the top, I was very impressed by the greenery of the mountain, in the front there is a planting of beans, it looks beautiful, this sector is a peasant settlement where there is a lot of corn, tomato, and other items that are food that benefits the community.

Esta actividad me gusta mucho porque nos permite tener ese contacto con la naturaleza, y son los momentos especiales para disfrutar con los seres siempre que hago senderismo activo la aplicación Strava para llevar mi registro pero en este lugar no había cobertura, por lo que no se registro.

I like this activity very much because it allows us to have that contact with nature, and are the special moments to enjoy with beings whenever I hike I activate the Strava application to keep my record but in this place there was no coverage, so no record.

Esto fue un día de esparcimiento y también de ejercicios, dónde los niños y nosotros los padres disfrutamos este tipo de actividad juntos para que se sientan bien,no solo jugando fútbol sino también recreándose para que compartan con sus compañeros.

This was a day of recreation and exercise, where the children and us parents enjoyed this type of activity together to make them feel good, not only playing soccer but also recreating to share with their peers.
