La Importancia del Entrenamiento en el Futsal

Saludos amigos de Hive y de hoy voy a compartir con ustedes la experiencia del día de hoy con mi hijo en la práctica del Futsal en la comunidad donde vivimos y la importancia de los entrenamientos.

Greetings friends of Hive and today I am going to share with you today's experience with my son practicing Futsal in the community where we live and the importance of training.

Cabe destacar que mi hijo actualmente pertenece al equipo de Fundación y están participando en un torneo de Futsal, ubicándose en la tercera posición. Pero las prácticas fueron suspendidas desde hace un mes, debido a que las.instalaciones del la sede están siendo utilizadas para depositar materiales y se han mantenido ocupadas, afectando los entrenamientos de este deporte.

It should be noted that my son currently belongs to the Fundación team and they are participating in a Futsal tournament, placing in third position. But the practices were suspended a month ago, because the headquarters facilities are being used to deposit materials and have remained busy, affecting the training of this sport.

Asimismo se había acordado que las prácticas lo podían realizar en la otra cancha que está desocupado, practicaron una vez y después le impidieron el acceso a los niños y al entrenador. Después de informar a los entes encargados se activo nuevamente el acceso pero en la otra cancha que no está techada, pero no pudieron practicar debido a las lluvias, afectando de esta forma el desarrollo de la práctica en los niños y jóvenes.

Likewise, it had been agreed that the practices could be carried out on the other field that is unoccupied, they practiced once and then they prevented access to the children and the coach. After informing the entities in charge, access was activated again but on the other court that is not covered, but they could not practice due to the rains, thus affecting the development of the practice in children and young people.

Por otro lado, se inició el entrenamiento el día de hoy, donde los niños estaban retomando esta práctica después de un mes, es importante destacar que la práctica en los niños se debe mantener porque deben estar preparados para las próximas jornadas que vienen para este fin de semana. A pesar de la falta de práctica mi hijo se ha mantenido activo practicando con un amiguito todas las noches en la calle enfrente de la casa donde vivimos.

On the other hand, the training began today, where the children were resuming this practice after a month, it is important to highlight that the practice in the children must be maintained because they must be prepared for the next days that come for this purpose. of week. Despite the lack of practice, my son has remained active, practicing with a friend every night on the street in front of the house where we live.

Cabe destacar que la preparación física en el Futsal y en cualquier deporte es importante en el desempeño del atleta, para que mantenga la coordinación en la conducción del balón, dominio de juego y la resistencia que requiere para mantenerse activo dentro de la cancha, por eso cuando falla el entrenamiento, como representante debemos también buscar otras opciones como correr, subir una montaña, para mejorar la velocidad y resistencias en el niño

It should be noted that physical preparation in Futsal and in any sport is important in the performance of the athlete, so that they maintain coordination in driving the ball, mastery of the game and the resistance required to remain active on the field, which is why When training fails, as a representative we must also look for other options such as running, climbing a mountain, to improve the child's speed and resistance.

Por eso cuando mi hijo no estuvo activo, subimos la montaña para que pueda tener una buena resistencia y no pierda las condiciones físicas. Es importante también que el atleta entrene con su equipo para que exita esa relación de amistad y trabajo en equipo que se requiere en los juegos de Futsal para que jueguen mediante el engranaje y logren avanzar en el Torneo que están jugando.

That's why when my son was not active, we went up the mountain so that he could have good resistance and not lose his physical condition. It is also important that the athlete trains with his team so that the relationship of friendship and teamwork that is required in Futsal games exists so that they play through the gear and advance in the Tournament they are playing.
