Something that we should always remember as a lesson is that our good days do not last forever. Certainly there are some changes in it. As long as everything goes well, we do not pay much attention to those things which cause minor harm to us. But when the same things increase in excess, it forces us to think.
We should remember the effort as a lesson and we should start working on those things before the situation gets worse. Yes, I am talking about physical health which should be our first priority. The flood situation in going on year caused some damage to soil, after which dengue disturbed the routine. Despite wanting to, I could not start the morning session due to which I had to join the gym in between. Needless to say, if we do gym then we should do that thing continuously. If we leave it after a few months, it becomes a cause of trouble for us because our body has become accustomed to those things. Not only this, in the gym we get an artificial environment where neither fresh air nor fresh environment is available. Apart from this, excessive noise of DJ sound always causes headache for us.
On the contrary, if we talk about it, be it Kabaddi, Cricket, Jogging or anything, if we do this thing during the morning then the environment becomes completely clean due to dew and fog. Dust settles down due to humidity and moisture. This time is the best option for physical health.
Fresh air and a healthy environment in the morning is definitely best suited for health and I am happy that, at this time, I devote one and a half hours to the morning session in which apart from cricket, I do yoga and some exercises. Waking up in the morning in winter is the first challenge. Anyway, if we are in job, we get very few opportunities for physical exertion, due to which our body goes through various types of problems every day. Probably the reason is that my physical health has not been good for the last few months due to which my immune system had become weak. Things are improving very fast now. I am also feeling better than before and definitely now the time has come that I can fulfill whatever responsibilities of daily life are in a better way. I am happy that I am completely healthy now and attend the morning session every day from 6:00.

Wow brother!, you share an important reflection here that has actually got me thinking about my day to day life. This is already the second time today that I have read about paying attention to the health of the body. I've had a lot of musical activity and then spend hours on Hive and I've obviously put on a lot of weight. I'm just talking to my girl about the need to get back to being people who exercise every day, plus this year I've understood the importance of health. Yes, with the time our body weight increases. Working on Hive and participating in musical programmes never allow you for physical fatigue. So, some physical exercises become essential for us to keep us physically maintained.
Fortunately, I am doing this task very well. Getting up every day early in the morning will never be an easy task. Actually, I feel much better by getting up early.

Great share.Actually it is good to exercise some time in the morning to maintain good health and increase immunity.Walking in nature is good i love walking through such places in the morning.I also try to exercise and walk every morning.I went outside this morning to enjoy the environment and get some fresh air.Thanks for sharing such a beautiful video.
I think we are little lucky that we are spending our maximum time in natural environment. In contrary there are so many people who have to spend their most of the time in cities crowd with great pollution.
Yes I do agree, getting up early in the morning and spending some time for physical exercise is really good one job.
