My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2022
Hello beautiful world!
Happy weekend my all friends..
This is my today's activity report card and today my stepping count is just 8k steps.
This time I getting little extra time during morning session for physical exercise like yoga, meditation due new schedule of time table. One of my friends facing low BP and sugar problem this time because it did not pay attention over his health.
Health is really like a treasure that everyone should care it. Afternoon I was included in opening of Hitachi ATM here in my town. After that I spent few time with the respected people of the town who were there during Inauguration time.
Very late at evening again I was intersection way to enjoy the devotional atmosphere of Durga puja. When I returned from there at was 9 o'clock at night then I decided to have my supper.
Finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.
