Wake to a grey and rainy day - was a bad night - awake in the dark and not readily able to get back to sleep. Got me in a dull frame of mind for the day. Late night doing IM stuff got no results. Trump tariff games trash markets - even those with solid investing rationales. Living in a place that is hard to get out on the bike safely. And I have a bike tour coming up next week. Nowhere near what I wanted to be doing

Did the umbrella walk two stations down to buy beer - best way to get steps done. Becoming a bit of a drill - hibiscus flowers in the rain

Walked past this house many times. The signage is new. Who is Ethel Turner? I had no idea. My wife knew - she was a well known Australian writer - she remembered "Seven Little Australians" as a kid.

House is pretty special and in good shape. Did the shopping - caught the train back - rained in the train ride.
