Coolangatta Mountain and then back to Sydney : July 25 2024

Heading back to Sydney day - got all the packing organised before my wife got back from her crochet and knitting group breakfast. She was abuzz - new cafe and got looked after better

The routine photo of Coolangatta Mountain from the walk down to feed the chickens the vege stuff. Been so much rain that the grass in the rugby field got quite tall. Was chopped in the week - grass below is brown. Note the cloud formations. Chemtrails?

Was a bit of a bird photo op - sacred ibis. Chose not to get too close as there was only one

This kookaburra taking linesman duties seriously on the cross bar

Step back photo - one on the cross bar and two on the fence - the other was still hanging out on the gate.

Good trip home - quick drive and no incidents.

Unpacked and then walked up to shops to add a few things for lunch guests tomorrow.

Dinner: Pizza cooked outside on bbq

Trade action: Bought KARS on Tesla down results. Assigned early on sold puts to buy URA. 3 weeks early tells me something about the mood on uranium. Sellers only around. My trade - all for the long term

The mountain is very important to the original settlers as it stands all alone looking over the river. Pretty will up top. Have walked it a few times
