Family time and double camellias - July 7 2024

Heading for a different day - my wife's family are coming to visit. Not seen them since before she travelled to Europe. Plan is to walk up to a local café for brunch

Ouma took Ollie to look at the cockatoos - first photo is about watch the steps

Second photo is all joy. As they walked down past the cockatoos they all squawked off - laugh time

Not noticed this plaque in the grounds of the girls school - old Wesleyan chapel site. Too bad they knocked the building down all those years ago

Walked the block down the hill to get the days steps up. Winter view across Lane Cove River to Macquarie Park opposite

Was a walk for double camellias- all from one property

Colour range is all a spectrum from white to deep pink

Now for one with tinges of both

Have photographed this house before but no cars today - first shot is about the light and the huge tree behind

Good to be out walking with flower and house topics

Chinese bells to round out the day

Dinner time - Farm to Fridge mince into meatball patties

Just fab cooking with low fat farm produce

It was my brother's birthday - 73 today
