Cloudy skies over old Gordon houses : June 7 2024

Chose a quiet day at home. Did have one chore to do to visit one of the supermarkets to claim some bonus points with some shopping. My wife found a way to use the points to buy a vouchers

That gave me the chance to skip the shops and just walk the streets to get steps up. Camellia time - egg and bacon flower with stamens longer than I have ever seen

First time for a while to see blue sky - gives the theme of the photos - cloud formations

This little cottage is for sale - quite non descript. Will become a knock down

Got the steps done. Stayed dry.

Walked to local pub for dinner with friends. Lovely lively pub. Food was good and company excellent. It is good to see life has got back to normal after the pandemic crap.
