The late night up watching Lance Armstrong documentary did extract a price. Made for a slow start. Not a lot to do today - a little shopping, update the weekend's investing stuff and the weekly blog, go to airport to pick up my wife in the evening

Walk up to shops tells me I am back in Gordon - camellia time - white

Pink - and not left the apartment gardens

Light pink. Got the shopping done - made bug strides on finishing the investing post. Publish tomorrow.

Went out walking down our street to get the steps done and to stay awake - more camellias - same pink as we have seen earlier today

A red poinsettia - 2nd one in the last 10 days. This has me confused as I recall them being Christmas flowers as a kid. Maybe it is a memory thing - Christmas in England?

Late afternoon light on one of the old houses - crossed over into the next suburb - Killara

Mild autumn and the jonquills think it is spring

A different style of house - almost an A-frame.

Next task - full up the car with petrol - drive to airport to pick up my wife. She has been in the Netherlands for 4 weeks.
