3 of the 100 Shoalhaven Beaches : April 12 2023
A bit of rain about. The Shoalhaven has 100 beaches - plan for the day is to go for a drive to visit a few. Drive to Culburra Beach first
Well we took a side road to go to Orient Point - it is directly across from Greenwell Point where we bought oysters the other day. View up Crookhaven River

Coolangatta Mountain is a dominating feature of our new home location - this from 20 kms away as the crow flies

Drove down to Currarong after lunch in Culburra Beach - view along the beach

From there we drove to Callala Bay - one of the beaches on Jervis Bay

Oh wow what an adventure. I would have pegged that over 10k steps but ones over uneven ground and sand are that much tougher.
Makes me want to go have a walk on a beach right about now. I could imagine slowing down to take it all in and snap a few pics to share. Perhaps on a #wednesdaywalk.

Rained a bit much to walk much. Did walk most of the step going up to Crookhaven Lighthouse - then it rained again
