Jueves de TBT: Primer partido de Hockey [ENG/ESP]
Greetings to everyone in the Top Family community! Today I'm joining us again for the TBT Thursday contest. If you'd like to participate, I'll be leaving the link at the end of the post. That being said, let's get started.
Today's photo is from 2023, when I was in Las Vegas with my sister, and after a few days off, we decided to go out and see the city. At the time, my brother-in-law worked at a company where his boss would occasionally give him gifts. For example, for that occasion, his boss had gotten front-row tickets to see the Golden Knights vs. San Jose Sharks at the T-Mobile Arena. His boss decided to give them to my brother-in-law since he wasn't planning on attending, and coincidentally, there were four tickets, so it covered the whole family: my brother-in-law, my sister, my sister's stepdaughter, and me. So it was exciting when he told us we were going to see a hockey game. I couldn't wait for that night.

La fotografía del día de hoy data del año 2023, cuando me encontraba en Las Vegas con mi hermana y luego de algunos días de descanso, decidimos salir a conocer la ciudad. Para ese momento mi cuñado trabajaba en una empresa dónde su jefe, de vez en cuando, le obsequiaba algunos regalos. Por ejemplo, para esa oportunidad, su jefe había conseguido boletos en primera fila para ver a los Golden Knights vs San José Sharks, en el estadio Arena T-Mobile. Su jefe decidió dárselos a mi cuñado ya que no pensaba asistir y casualmente, eran 4 boletos, por lo que cubrió a toda la familia: mi cuñado, mi hermana, la hijastra de mi hermana y mi persona. Por lo que fue emocionante cuando el nos comentó que iríamos a ver un partido de hockey. No podía esperar más para esa noche.
So, the big day arrived, and we all headed out to the game. There was a lot of traffic, so it was a bit tedious to find a seat, but once that was done, we entered the stadium, and it looked truly impressive; big, modern, and beautiful. We were a little lost because we didn't know where to sit, but with a little help, we managed to find the seats. Right in front of the players. Incredible seats. We could actually see the players crashing into the wall in front of us, chasing the puck. It was like in the movies. The excitement was in the air as the fans, the announcers, the cheerleaders, and everyone else managed to create a lively atmosphere. We had a great time that night; I never thought I'd get to see a hockey game, much less like that. Plus, thanks to those tickets, we were able to access the VIP area where we could get some snacks (hahaha). I remember that day fondly, so this was my first hockey game. Total que llegó el gran dia y salimos todos al partido. Había bastante tráfico por lo que fue un poco tedioso encontrar puesto, pero listo eso, entramos al estadio y lucía realmente impresionante; grande, moderno y bello. Nosotros estábamos un poco perdidos porque no sabíamos dónde sentarnos, pero con un poco de ayuda, logramos encontrar los puestos. Frente a frente de los jugadores. Unos tremendos puestos. Realmente veíamos como los jugadores chocaban contra la pared frente a nosotros, en búsqueda del disco. Era cómo en las películas. La emoción estaba en el aire pues los fanáticos, los narradores, las porristas y demás, lograban conseguir un ambiente animado. Esa noche la pasamos muy bien, nunca pensé que llegaría a ver un partido de hockey y menos de esa forma. Además, gracias a esos boletos pudimos acceder al área vip donde pudimos conseguir algunos bocadillos (jajaja). Recuerdo con cariño ese día, así que este fue mi primer partido de Hockey.
