Havia ainda uma série de exercícios físicos, como uma ginástica, ou prática de treinamento físico em alguns aspectos similar a certas práticas ligadas as artes marciais que os "feiticeiros" intitulavam passes mágicos ou tensegridade.

Os passes mágicos foram apresentados com um formato adaptado aos alunos de Carlos Castaneda, segundo o próprio, e que ele rebatizou como Tensegridade.
