Incapaz de alterar a percepção do mundo cotidiano através de minha própria vontade, lancei mão de utilizar os cogumelos alucinógenos.

Segundo os ensinamentos que eu estava tentando por em prática, um homem de razão era rígido demais para perceber o universo em termos mágicos, e o único modo de abalar esta sua carapaça racional era o uso contínuo dos cogumelos e outras plantas psicotrópicas que eram denominadas "plantas de poder".
