My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2025, Day 2 on gym

It's another day for our workout activities!
Today is Feb 26, below is our report for 25...

In my yesterday's report, I indicated that I will be going for some section of the gym because I got an advantage of been to a place were there are some tools to that effect.

I started with jogging, as I listened to some motivational music on the background.

The next was some pushups and as you can see on the video, it was a cool section..

Let's keep fit as we enjoy ourselves, don't forget to remind positive and do away with every negative vibes...
